I found Eric,my sales rep to be courteous and helpful.I really liked how the manager looked me in the eye when talking to me. I found him to be very pleasant ,personable and he seemed to be genuine. Richie P. is one of the most up front and honest car salesman around. My deal was, no haggle....to the point.....quick and easy. I went in at night, was financed on my first car loan (not car) ever by 10 am the next morning. I went in, signed the papers and was out within 45 mins. This guy is fantastic.
