I came in to Tower Auto sales last month after my car was giving me some issues. I was looking to upgrade to a newer Nissan (I have owned 6 of them). Scott came out and greeted me. I told him what I was looking for, and what I wanted to do. He showed me some options, and had me on a test drive within 30 minutes. I traded in my car (Tower gave me the best price for my trade. This is the second vehicle that our family has purchased at Tower Auto Sales. Richard Plummer made the entire process seemless. I am very happy I chose Tower Auto to buy my car. Richard Plummer was my salesman and he was fantastic. In the past, I haven't liked going to look for cars because of the "sleazy" type salesmen you encounter. Richard is the total opposite of that. He was so personable and helpful and found the perfect car for me. The other people I worked with were also wonderful. I would recommend this company cor buying a used car. The sales rep Mark was extremely nice and competent. The financial manager Joe went above and beyond to help.
