Im a huge fan and supporter of local family businesses. While the install and sales experience was excellent, the true test and character of a business is in how they treat customers when something goes wrong. Our countertop has a huge chip/gauge along with several other pits and chips along the edge where it meets the sink. After unreturned calls when I left messages seeking advice, I was finally able to reach John the owner who immediately became defensive and said I must have banged it with something (which was not true).... read more
Came when they said they would, price was reasonable, installed 55 sq ft without a flaw. Very pleased with this company. There are some slimey granite vendors out there but this company is a good one. Highly recommend them.
