We had an excellent experience with Touching Hearts. We had a short notice situation but the staff made it happen. All staff were very professional, courteous and routinely communicated with us to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend this company.
Touching Hearts was recommended by 2 different heath care organizations to sit for my 93 year old dad. He was in Memory Care while awaiting a move to Skilled Nursing after multiple falls. Dee was his favorite sitter. He didn’t like the idea of a sitter since he is very private, introverted and tries to be his previous independent self. But he said Dee was an Angel and didn’t want her to leave! Thank you Tremaine and Touching Hearts at Home for helping both my dad and me during this tough transition.
We need a sitter for my dad while he is in rehab after hip surgery, and Touching Hearts was recommended by the rehab facility. We have been very pleased. He was unexpectedly discharged from the hospital on a Friday afternoon, and we were scrambling to get a sitter at the last minute. Tremaine answered our call, had a sitter who could start that night and continues to work with us as my dad’s needs change. The sitters have been reliable, competent and compassionate. We are very pleased.
The Nurse came out to evaluate the patient within 2 hours. Argentine was very helpful and empathetic of caregiver. She scheduled the hours requested that night! The personnel was bonded with background and drug test. Alinda was very good and helpful during night. Great job! Patient slept great and she safely helped him up 2 times during night. Wife slept a much needed 7 hours! Thank you all!
Caregivers were very sweet to my mom! They were diligent about addressing all of her needs This is very helpful for us and necessary for preparing us for the next day. Thank you so much!
