I didn't receive my order, and their customer service was non-existing. I later found the same products on Amazon at a lower price. There was an error with the delivery address, and they didn't take responsibility for it. An inexperienced company lacking in responsibility and integrity.

Very disappointed with their “customer service” and return policy. I ordered a dress that was clearly a different color than what was promoted on their website. When I asked for a return label bc the dress was not the color I expected and was too big, they asked for the invoice and a picture. No problem, I sent it. Then they asked for the sku number on the tag of the dress. Ok… fine.. then they further let me know they will not send a return label bc my order was correct…. Hungry company charging $40+ for cheap clothing made in China. Don’t even think about a refund if you’re not satisfied. Measly store credit for more cheap polyester outfits. TD is way too hungry for your money instead of keeping you as a valued customer. I’m never shopping here again. No star rating. Not even half.

Pros: love website, beautiful models, great looking clothes, reasonable prices, fast shipping Cons: absolute worst return policy I've ever seen from a clothing online store. Its clothing! 14 day return period for store credit after 50% restocking fee? I ordered a "jumpsuit" which turned out to be an odd shaped top sewn to the back of a pair of pants. No part of the feontbwas attached to the bottom!! Very weird and complicated to put on!! Will never purchase from this company again.

I can't relate to all these bad reviews im seeing!!!! I absolutely LOVED my dress it was worn for my birthday and came right on time. I literally turned heads from dinner to a concert later on that night. My date also thoroughly enjoyed my dress! Thank you guys SO much for making my day! I will definitely be shopping with them further and have referred my friends to them as well. Keep up the GREAT WORK 🙌🏽🙏🏽💕

Horrible company !!! I ordered online and the clothes were poorer quality than advertised. I returned the clothes for store credit ( since they don’t issue money back) and they did not respond. They received the clothes & did not email or notify me. So basically they took my money & the clothes. Do Not order from them!!! I will be calling the bank to get the order canceled & get my money back.

I order a maxi from here the dress is beautiful the quality of the material is very good as well i am 5.9 and the dress fits me amazing also fast delivery so happy def will Order again from here
