The space is just as chic and competent as the Upper East Side boutique med-spas but cleaner. Sheneka the founder and FNP-C does not play about cleanliness or services her medical spa provides. It's extremely comfortable from the sofa waiting chairs, adjustable cushioned medical chair, and bed-like treatment table. Also, the entire staff is professional, caring, and welcoming. As someone who has a fear of needles, I feel so relaxed and comfortable with Sheneka. After chatting with her, she confirmed that she is highly skilled and knows her stuff. I could hardly feel the vitamin D injection and she was also very gentle starting my IV drip. After a hard long week, this was the best way to start my weekend - relaxation & wellness!!!! Can’t wait to try other services here.
Questionable billing practices. I had to cancel an appointment more than one week in advance of the appointment, and they refused to refund the deposit to hold the appointment. They charge me $100 for one service. I’m left to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Annoying more than anything else. They lost a customer and all recommendations and references.
TouchD really sets the tone for a relaxed and tranquil environment. Kasey was amazing! Very informative, gentle and provided a lot of recommendations for my skin type. I will be back for sure!
