Very Pleased with Sami Touch of Red – Just moved here from out-of-state and used houston citysearch to find a colorist. By far the raves for "Sami" were the best. Made the appointment and very glad I went. Being a brunette adding highlights can be tricky and look too overdone. Best cut in color in Houston- Period. – It is no accident that Sami has 100+ fantastic reviews- she is truly an expert. I've been all over Houston from reputible chains, to boutiques and I have never been this satisfied. It took her all of 25 minutes for full highlights (in two colors and correcting a previous disaster) and I have rediculously thick hair. Awesome color and cut – I have been searching for a colorist for awhile now and came across Sami and her salon on city search and gave it a try and the results were awesome. It was the best color and cut and I truly recommend Sami to anyone that is looking for a expert.
Great Service and Color! – I went to Sami after reading all the reviews. I figured if she could not help me with this overprocessed hair then no one could. We discussed my hairstyle, then color. Service was great and quick without being rushed. It was so much more intimate than sitting in a mall salon where you are on exhibit like an animal in a zoo. touch of disaster – First off allow me to say that yes, Sami is a very nice and an inviting women. Her new salon in the Montrose area is cute and unique not your typical bright lights, strip mall hair salon. I'll even say that the first day of my color/cut I felt pretty good with the results but then I got home and to a mirror. It goes down hill from here. Best Color EVER! Sami is Awesome! – After reading the great reviews I knew that Sami had to be the one to fix my hair and the reviews were true. My hair was "blorange" before and now the color is absolutely gorgeous! The atmosphere was very inviting. Sami is very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. The staff was great as well. Great at picking the right hair color for your skin tone! – I'm a latina with almost black hair and olive skin. It has been difficult to find someone that can lighten my hair to a light brown color and highlights. It always turns out too blond or too brassy. From the moment Sami saw me she thought "Whoa, she has too much yellow in her hair." I barely had to explain what I wanted and Sami understood that I wanted hair color like JLo.
