Randy and team have done floors on two levels of my home with phenomenal results both times. I have a very difficult older home where nothing is level - the old flooring ranged from subfloor to cement which required jack-hammering up to prep for hardwood. In addition, I requested a herringbone pattern in two rooms. The result is beautiful and the floors are the star of the reno job to date. I would happily recommend Totta to anyone with a challenging job in an older home.

Totta ripped out my old carpet, tile, and dated looking maple hardwoods and installed 5" Oak Planks at a very reasonable price. I have to admit that there were some concerns throughout the project, but all I had to do was contact Mike and he addressed all of them. I watched the project closely because, well, it's my home, and not cheap. The final outcome was stunning! Randy and Kyle recently refinished my floors. They were very conscientious in moving my furniture to the garage, putting plastic up, keeping the dust down! and the floors looked wonderful raw. They were so helpful in finding just the right finish for me and made lots of samples on the floor before I could make a decision. Everything they did was quality work. Mike and his team did a FANTASTIC job on our floors. He took gold-ish hardwood floors that had been hidden under carpet and showed signs of some water damage in areas and made them look amazing. We feel like we go a whole new floor and can't believe how good they look. Thank you so much!
