Randy and crew recently replaced three carpeted areas with hardwood and refinished the whole main level. Looks like we've always had wood and the finish is holding up great against the four dogs running around. Price was good and the quality was even better. If I ever build a house we'll just have them come out and do it up right from the start.
Randy and team have done floors on two levels of my home with phenomenal results both times. I have a very difficult older home where nothing is level - the old flooring ranged from subfloor to cement which required jack-hammering up to prep for hardwood. In addition, I requested a herringbone pattern in two rooms. The result is beautiful and the floors are the star of the reno job to date. I would happily recommend Totta to anyone with a challenging job in an older home.
Awesome experience. Highly recommend. Local company. Spent a month or so interviewing companies and met Mike at home show. Came to house and gave a precise timely bid. Entire team we came in contact with was polite, responsive and overall just nice. Work is beautiful. And we could not be happier. We recommend. And will use again if we do more in the future.

Wow. I never do this but it has to be known. These guys botched my entire project and left it unfinished. Charged me out the wazoot too! Unreal! Totally bummed me out and still bums me out... When asked if they were fixing their mistakes they said they would when I paid for phase 2 of the project... Seriously?! When your paid top dollar for a job you finish the job and finish it right. Had our floor finished this spring and were very satisfied with the job. Totta came recommended from Ed Gensler, my college wrestling buddy. Randy & the crew were a pleasure to deal with.
