The Totta Hardwood crew that refinished our wood floors were nothing less than awesome!! We chose them because out of three different hardwood contractor bids, these guys presented themselves as the most professional - they even did moisture readings on our damaged floors to ascertain the damage, and determine the path to take to repair the floors. I had my floors done recently by Randy and Kyle and couldn't be happier with my experience. I wanted to act quickly before moving my furniture into my new house. Totta was able to make time for me even though they had several other projects. They finished the job quickly and beautifully. I absolutely love my new floors and dealing with Randy and Kyle was great! Thank you guys for making my home beautiful! 5 star job!
Poor workmanship, poor customer service. Don't waste your money with this company.
Randy and Kyle did an excellent job on refinishing our hardwood floors - we are very satisfied with the finished product. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up after themselves, answered all of our questions, and were professional in their interactions with us. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Totta hardwood is full of a hardworking exceptionally talented group of guys who are very friendly, honest and respectful.
