Randy and crew recently replaced three carpeted areas with hardwood and refinished the whole main level. Looks like we've always had wood and the finish is holding up great against the four dogs running around. Price was good and the quality was even better. If I ever build a house we'll just have them come out and do it up right from the start.
Awesome experience. Highly recommend. Local company. Spent a month or so interviewing companies and met Mike at home show. Came to house and gave a precise timely bid. Entire team we came in contact with was polite, responsive and overall just nice. Work is beautiful. And we could not be happier. We recommend. And will use again if we do more in the future.
These guys do incredible work! We had a pretty big mess to clean up with water damage to hardwood floors that were glued to concrete from another company. We needed a knowledgeable professional company to come in and rip out the existing flooring and install new engineered hardwood. These guys were professional and knowledgeable start to finish. We bought a house that was carpet, hardwood and also linoleum. We wanted all hardwood throughout the house and Randy was the guy who ran our project. He kept us in the loop on progress and offered some good suggestions. We highly recommend Totta Hardwood! Great price and excellent service!
Randy and team are finishing my final touches today. They started and finished exactly on schedule keeping me up to date with the schedule on a daily basis. They were professional and clean throughout the whole process of refurbishing my hardwood and my new floors are beautiful!
Wow. I never do this but it has to be known. These guys botched my entire project and left it unfinished. Charged me out the wazoot too! Unreal! Totally bummed me out and still bums me out... When asked if they were fixing their mistakes they said they would when I paid for phase 2 of the project... Seriously?! When your paid top dollar for a job you finish the job and finish it right.
