Great way to start Sat morning off with my yearly eye exams with Dr. Leland. Friendly staff and nice comfortable office. If you need an eye doctor or glasses, this is the place to go!
Great first experience! Dr. Lefland listened to what I needed and what works best for me! Carol Ann and all office staff extremely friendly and helpful!! Pam was great too in helping with my glasses!! Ordering was easy. Definitely happy with experience!
I had an eye problem and I called the answering service on the 4th of July and asked if they were going to be open on Sat., She didn't know. She told me to call back and leave a message on the answering machine. I did that and they called me back before 9am Sat. morning and Dr. Lefland wasn't going to be in until Mon. so they had a fill in dr. but I waiting until Mon. when they got me in for 11:00 and I didn't have to wait long. Excellant Dr. and staff! Carol Ann was excellant with getting me the best deal through my insurance. She explained everything in detail. I recommend this group to anyone looking for a great Dr and staff.
I'm so glad i found TotalVision when i moved to the area 5 years ago. Dr Lefland and the staff are always so friendly and keep me informed about advances in eye care and what i can do to keep my eyes healthy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
