Did not even show up for service! I booked online and through e-mail. When I tried to call to see what had happened and why they did not show up the phone number was disconnected! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! EDIT: Received call from owner apologizing for the error. She explained it as having to have been a scheduling error. She was polite but I am still unimpressed with the initial handling of service.

The Best Houston has to offer!! Totally Tidy maid service did an outstanding job cleaning a foreclosed home I purchased. The house needed some TLC and the totally tidy crew hooked it right up. Everything was cleaned, mopped, vacuum and dusted top to bottom. I could not be happier with a cleaning service. Seriously loved the customer service- how many times do you get a professional intelligent person that comes out to clean your house. The owner showed up to do the quote and she walked through every detail so I would know what to expect and then someone from her office called me after they cleaned my house to make sure; as she put it "we exceeded your expectations". 5 stars...or 5 brooms... however you rate a maid service.
