I made an appointment for my daughters birthday for mani, pedi, and facial. There was only one employee and she was barely starting on a little girls hairdo, to make matters worse the mother brought her with dirty matted hair and the stylist had to ask if she could wash her hair delaying our appointment even more. I would have walked out for poor customer service had it not been a birthday surprise for my child. Poor staffing and lack of respect for customers time.
