I called before hand and asked if I needed to make an appointment for a kid's mani and pedi for her birthday. I was told no. Went yesterday, Sunday, May 7, which is my daughter's birthday and I was told I had to make an appointment. She said I can either book something with her this week or come back tomorrow. Well, it's tomorrow, Monday, and the store is closed. I like the way they pamper the girls and keep them occupied. But the actual manicure and pedicure was horrible. I understand they were busy, but it was so rushed and looked as if my 7yr old did them herself. I later had to go home and redo both, myself. I certainly did not get what I paid for. I was really disappointed. Don't think I'll be going back, unless they do a better job.

We won't ever go here again. The first time we went we had a pleasant experience but today even calling to make an appointment was difficult. They didn't answer (which was fine) but when someone called me back they were rude and not helpful.

Anita does an amazing job with my sons hair! She takes her time and is very patient. She also has a tv to keep kids entertained! I've been bringing my son since he was only a few month and will continue to bring him with Anita!

Owner/manager doesn't acknowledge VIP card discount and they are clearly members of (look on VIP app) also they didn't want to honor discount coupon that was their own coupon given to me by the store next to them. Also everything used is from Dollar store. Cute place but for the price the product used are cheap. Don't bother to waste your money there! Horrible service they can't even smile while working with children!
