Good customer service turned into Bad customer service. Received my product but it was damaged. Got a replacement after I emailed them about it and it was damaged too. Got another replacement but had to pay for duty for it to cross the border because they didn't note on label it was a warranty replacement. Emailed multiple times with photos about having to pay and that something else had already broken too. No response. Called and left messages no response.
