Awesome fun stuff that is made with good quality.
We purchased 2 sets of the Foster xl over xl bunk beds with stairs going up the middle for our 3 boys who share a bedroom. The quality is amazing and the customer service was also outstanding from the moment I called about the product. I am beyond thrilled on how it all turned out and included photos of the bunk bed set up on my google review but can't figure out how to post it on here. Thank you so much Totally Kids! -Vanessa
Customer service is HORRIBLE. Our shipment came Friday, missing 1/2 the pieces (the delivery companies fault) the rest came on Wednesday, after 2 days of a broken down truck with the delivery company, to find we are STILL missing a piece and received a box that doesn't go with our set. The "manager" said he'd see if our piece was on stock, but won't refund any delivery charge for this nightmare. Unacceptable!!!
