Just brought a queen size bunked bed...bracket was pre-assembled wrong..customer service is a joke, took 2 weeks to receive new brackets...continues to assembled and found out a screw does not have any thread and they did not provide any excess screws...if I had a chance to do it again I WILL NOT buy from them..horrible business model, customer is not first..DONT BUY

The bunk we ordered is mediocre, I had been searching for this style and am only keeping it because I can’t find it anywhere else. Says it’s made of real wood, if it is it’s terrible quality wood and there are some parts that are particle board. The directions were so bad, the holes did not line up and not all the screws were included. We even had to drill some of our own holes. This is the worst company! They gave me a delivery date 2-3 weeks in October! Then it was November and now its almost January!!!! I am now going to find another company! This was for my daughters loft bed! They should just tell the truth that you are not getting your furniture!!!!!
I went Saturday to look at things advertised on FB. Ad invited people to come on that day. Just a note on the door stating closed for the day.
RecommendedAmazing people and awesome prices!! We got a bed that would be 1700$ for 700$!!! We also got a bunch of Melissa and Doug puzzles for 50% off!! Gabriel did an amazing job packing it up for travel! Everyone we talked to was a blessing to deal with. Highly recommend, we drove 4 hours to get our bed from them!
