Horrible customer service. I bought a bunk bed and a rung broke (while my child was climbing the ladder). I have stopped in to the store TWICE and repeatedly called for a replacement without response or compassion. A missing rung on the ladder is a safety issue and this company does not care to service its customers. Incredibly frustrated and saddened by the leadership of this company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I had exemplary service and help with my recent purchase of a bunk bed. I stopped by the store and had more questions later, and Sal emailed me back promptly and with lots of great information (I was seeking XL twin bed bunks, hard to find). At first, I would never have guessed I'd write a positive review after my experience with Totally Kids. The item I ordered immediately dropped $100 in price before they'd prepared it to be shipped it to me. I called and they agreed to give me a $100 gift card because of the price difference. I was also encouraged to document the condition of the shipping box once it arrived. It was damaged in several places and I contacted them once more and with my photo documentation, I received compensation within two months of ordering. ... read more
I ordered (and paid for!) a bed on January 15th. I don’t have the bed. I emailed in, no response yet. I called and talked to the answering service who promised they’d have someone get back to me. The website says 2-4 weeks for delivery. It’s been six, with no communication and no bed. I’d love to upgrade this review, but first I need communication and second I need the bed.
I'm reading reviews and will definitely not purchase anything from this store. Looks like they're doing the bait and switch. I know I won't chance it buying anything. I do not have money to waste like that.���
