I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Services at total touch and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the start, Colette created a comfortable and supportive environment. She truly understands the importance of going at your own pace and never made me feel rushed. Her ability to connect and communicate was phenomenal; she was incredibly understandable and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Total Touch.
Colette was late for one apt and forgot about second apt and didn't show up.
I cannot say enough positive things about this spa, I started attending for hair removal purposes and have become a regular. Colette is very kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions that I had. I would recommend her for any of your laser hair removal needs. I have had great results thus far and will continue to do different areas of my body Thu total touch skincare. This business is a home-based business and I personally adore that so much more than larger corporations.
Went today for a waxing appointment. Booked armpits, full leg and Brazilian. This isn’t my first time getting waxed, so I knew what to expect. I hadn’t shaved for 4 weeks to allow enough hair to grow. Colette started on my armpits and I was surprised with how painful it was and how many strips she did. Colette only uses soft wax and claims hard wax doesn’t work. She applied soft wax multiple times that I lost count and she used so many strips I was in so much pain.
