Smooth talking just to get your money. This guy will set you up to buy a fixer upper. He will promise you things he doesn’t even know of just to get you to sign up that contract. His inspection referral Fernando (continental builders inc ) is a con artist. I have a good inspection report with a roof leak, mold, termites and even work that was done carelessly in bathroom. He will smooth talk you in and smooth talk his way out when telling him about what you find in the house few days later. Stay away from con artist.
