As a Realtor, Total Roofing is amazing to work with. They provided roof certifications for my listings, and are quick to repair or replace roofs as needed to get the transaction closed. I also use them on my own home. We are the only roof on our street that has withheld the past year's hail and wind storms. After each storm, we have the roof inspected, and Scott is quick to get his team on any issues that may have come up, which have been minimal.

I contracted Total Roofing in August to replace my roof. When the PM (Nate) came to the house to do his inspection / estimate, I was very clear with him about a problem area we had in the front of the garage where I had a long-term leak. I explained the nature of the problem and suggested that not only does the roof need replacing but that he would most-likely need to replace some roof sheathing and facia boards and Nate annotated his estimate accordingly. Great experience with the Total Roofing team after lies, and ignoring from my previous roofer. They were quick to do my repair work, and were on schedule with the timing they had estimated. Great team!
