Responsiveness and willingness to make it work. They did my roof some years ago but are very happy to come out once a year and give me a status so if there is a problem we’ll be able to take care of it in time. They also help with gutters.

Total Roofing did my roof shortly after the August 2018 hailstorm on the west side of Colorado Springs. They said they could get the job done a few weeks after the storm, but recommended that we wait until mid-September when the hail season typically ends. Being a meteorologist, I agreed. I was pleased with the work they did, even though it took three days (manpower logistics between jobs in Springs and Denver). Because we were trying to leave for the summer to N.M., they made special efforts to complete our entire roof replacement and gutters and downspouts within a week! I am pleased with the finished job.
After the big hail storm last year, we had Total Roofing replace our roof on the house, front and back deck covers, and shed. Their price was competitive, but their professionalism, courtesy, and empathy was over the top. We had to wait a couple weeks to order the color of shingles we wanted, but it was well worth the wait.
