I’m reviewing from the renters perspective. I rent the home I live in, and was told by Cole I would receive a nice referral for getting in contact with the landlord to have our roof inspected/repaired after a hail storm came through. They came, inspected, installed and later once things were fully paid out, I received my referral for my part directly face to face from Cole.

Absolutely the BEST team I've ever worked with. After a hail storm I contacted Cole. He was at my door within 45 minutes! He did a complete and thorough inspection of my roof and did find significant damage. I then filed a claim with my insurance. After months and months of fighting with the insurance and with Cole's help, my new roof was finally approved. I can honestly say that it would've never been approved without Cole's help.
