TQL used to be a great company to work with, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. It seems the company is being managed very differently now, and unfortunately the focus appears to be on taking money from carriers rather than building long-term relationships. I delivered a load in March 2026, and as of July 2026 I was still waiting to be paid. Your "senior logistics account executive" tyler beik from iowa is completely out of line. Today while i was inquiring about a posted load, he treated me like garbage with absolutely no reasons to do so. Put em on a leash.... thats no way to treat someone who can potentially make you money
Very rude arrogant unprofessional ignorant I want to keep these words for the public will not get embarrassed but they're the worst I've ever met in my life I think they teach everybody there how to be rude and arrogant to a truck driver
