After switching Property Management companies earlier this year I have to say that it was a good decision. They are knowledgeable in regards to the HOA rules and they have cleaned up the development. The previous management company was not enforcing the rules.

There are rules and regulations. My CCR's have it in writing. I pay a monthly fee to ensure they are enforced. I live in The Buttes in Orting, WA. There were SO many fireworks in the streets last night! Do you think my HOA was up here enforcing the rules? NOPE!!! I gathered the addresses of the offenders that I can prove and spoke to Scott R*** at Total Property Management. Tami lives within the Buttes Homeowner Association and Total Property management is tasked with enforcing items as directed by the Board at the Buttes. The Association is able to enforce 'fireworks' infractions within the common areas and only able to do within the framework of the Rules and Regulations. Should someone violate the Rules and Regulations they are to receive a warning letter prior to any fine. This company is not a good company to deal with. They charged me 50.00 for having a vehicle with expired tabs and gave me a 3day notice to comply or leave the unit. I moved my vehicle off the property. Right now there are (4) vehicles on the property right now with expired tabs including the on site manager. Another vehicle is for someone who doesnt even live on the property, but is in drug treatment. I sent pictures to the office of these pics with ecpired tabs and they havent done anything about it. You have really transformed this neighborhood for Stonerise. The neighbors who get letters complain but in the end you are always right and it is really showing and can’t thank you enough for this.
