*** doesnt know the laws to oversee a COA. They advise board one way and then turn on them and say we are not lawyers. As a homeowner I requested documents and cited laws for my legal request. *** emailed me back with a bunch of excuses and jabs at my family telling me how we cant have private information. I responded that I didnt ask for private information I asked for missing meeting minutes and financial info. This company is terrible. They work to manage our HOA and for years they have bullied the homeowners, charging them fees for ridiculous reason, they are disrespectful to the homeowners. As soon as a homeowner corrects one issue the next month the choose another one as a way to collect additional fees. They threaten liens on your property over things like fees for **** or clover in your yards. Absolutely horrible property management company. They fail to uphold their end of the CC&Rs, with broken fences for well over a year now, an unmaintained community park and play structure, and grass that is over 4 feet tall. They now make 2-3 site visits per month and nitpick the tiniest things for residents who maintain their homes well, yet other homes have missing shingles on their roofs, weeds growing taller than their fence into others’ yards, collapsed fences, and rotting wood on their homes. Total Property Management has been exceptional not only in servicing our community but also assisting myself personally as a homeowner and as a Board member. Total Property Management took over our community Christys Crossing that was in shambles from the prior managment company. They have taken a mess and put our community back on track. Our grounds look better that ever. We get a news letter etc...There are a few homeowners that have constantly, since day one created a problem for every solution. I’m thankful that we have them supporting our community and look forward to working with them.

This company practices what I would consider unethical business practices. Upon taking over the HOA admin for my condo association, they began by sending a monthly HOA dues invoice, just as the past admin did to the condo owners. Then two months into their admin, they stopped sending bills for dues with out any notice. This has caused several condo owners to be late with their dues. This company knows what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable with the tenant laws. They make sure that my house is taken care of and I dont have to worry about a thing.

Great company with great employees! They brought my community out of debt and made it a very outstanding neighborhood. This company knows exactly what they are doing!
