Took my application fee, approved me, rented the house to someone else...then never called me back. Don't waste your time, or your money. Go somewhere else.
If you don't have any issues, they are great. However, if anything goes wrong be prepared to wait a minimum of 24-48 hours for a response. After being told at move (in Novemeber) that we were total electric, we moved in to find we had gas heat. Needless to say we a paid for 3 nights at a hotel while we waited for the gas to be turned on. Now, in August our a/c unit crapped out and 6 hours later we are still waiting for the guy to call us to come for service. 103 degrees and no a/c....but don't fret, they have 48 hours to get... read more
They haven't responded to work orders for issues with the house. They messed up my rent payment and are now charging me out the ass for their mistake. I've only been with this company a short while but I'm already seeing how abusive they are towards their renters. I just don't want you to make the mistake I did, find another agency.
