Shady company! Don’t use them. They owe me money and then ghosted me.
I really wish I had taken a look at the reviews before signing a lease under this property management company. The representative I work with is kind and tries his best there is only so much a “sorry for the inconvenience” can go. Process before move in was smooth, Since moving in it’s been a nightmare. I applied, they verified all information but never called me back. I've been calling over two weeks now and emailed but no response not even a call back. they have very little customer service. I guess they rent to who they want to rent to and not who qualifies and applied first
This company wasted my time for over a week and failed to simply contact me to tell me the place I applied for would have been if I were to get them my discharge paper work from my bankruptcy years ago. So they gave the place to someone else because my agent decided he wasn’t gonna do his job and let me know he needed info from me. Maybe notify people when the grace period changes? Maybe follow through on maintenance request? My house is about to flood and they can't get a hold of maintenance. Maybe it's time for a new one
I my house I rent from them when something don't work the come out and fix it..
rented a house from then that caught fire 25 days into my lease due electrical problems. They found me a new property which was great but not what i was looking for so at the end of my lease i moved out. I notified them that i could not clean the walls because of the cheap paint would wipe off, the carpet was dirty but instead of cleaning it they charge me to replace so they kept my deposit then billed me $922.
