RecommendedTotal Property Management, First Impression very professional, quickly responses to things that need fixed, clean safe and beautiful living space. Wonderful Staff friendly and hardworking. Would recommend their apartments to anyone who would ask me.
My boyfriends apartment has been broken into multiple times. One of the instances when we were sleeping in the apartment and my belongings were stolen. Management has been nothing but unhelpful in this entire process. Blaming him for the entire situation. I won’t even walk outside near the property by myself. Very unsafe, no cameras, and the front entrances to the building don’t even lock like they’re suppose to.
I had my apartment broken into 3 times. Hundreds of dollars and electronics stolen. I reported it to the police and management. Management told me it was my fault and I probably had my friends do it (mind you I have never once had a friend over). My laundry was stolen at least twice. Don't trust these people that live here or the management.
Anyone else have to deal with a very rude lady named Susan?
I've absolutely loved living with TPM. They are the 4th property I have lived with in Ames and have without-a-doubt been the best. Unfortunately, I will have to look for a different property now because I don't believe they have a single apartment that is dog friendly. It's sad when we found a well-trained, loving pet, but we won't be able to get him now. Will most likely be moving in the next leasing season.
I was at Iowa State for 5 years and and lived with Total Property Management for 2 of those years and they were BY FAR THE BEST! They do not take advantage of students money, the properties are always well maintained. If i put in a maintenance request they were there the next day! TPM is definitely the landlord to go with if you are living in Ames!!
Total Property is hands down the best place in Ames to live. Perfect location and a good price. We have requested maintenance a few times and they always come the same day or the next day. The management and office people are extremely friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend
The staff was super helpful when I was looking for an apartment! They showed me layouts and let me your which was super helpful when figuring out furniture etc!
