I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our initial impression of Total One and Trent was positive: lots of enthusiastic promises were made (many of them in writing), and the price was middle of the pack. We had many, many issues in dealing with this company: damage done to our property that wasn't reported to us and/or Trent tried to brush off as not his responsibility (see pictures), months and months of delays, poor quality lumber and sloppy workmanship (see pictures). We asked the boys to move the F250 in Greystone today, so we could get our 5 ton through for deliverys. They had nothing but excuse and then were just flat out rude and said they werent moving it. Sad excuse for a crew. No wonder the company has a 2 star rating
Horrible company. Trent is very rude and dose not care AT ALLLL about the customer he services. Company clearly made a mistake. The worker admitted he did something wrong. Trent pushed back hard! After finally agree todo something they ghosted me. Very saddened. This company is hired by the city to do so much work. I hope they lose their contract soon. DO NOT HIRE
Total One did a great job replacing the sod with rocks on our front lawn. They provided a free quote very quickly and we were booked in for them to do the job soon after. They worked quickly and efficiently and their price was very reasonable.
