my wife has knee surgery tomorrow morning and it’s 6pm no one has called us what time is surgery. i called 10 time and left messages but no one replied miss lisa from call center try to call supervisor but he also did reply this is so frustrating for us very irresponsible people now i will have to go 6 am in the morning. should i call this D grade service. no one answering my call
