I made an appointment with the Message Therapist and when I arrived the doors were locked with a sign saying they were closed for the day. I drove all the home and THEN the receptionist called me and said she was too busy in the office to come out front to open the door for me. It is a shame that a decent therapist has to work in an office that cares NOT-AT-ALL for the customers.
My whole family and I have had a great experience here. Dr Michael and his staff are very knowledgeable and spend time educating patients, along with providing great care. There is no rushing you in and out. They are very patient and they personalize your care... very positive and laid back atmosphere. I have had hip pain for a long time, but it is gone after getting treatment here. They are all very genuine and compassionate people, 5 stars isn’t enough!
I can honestly say I have received the best of care from Dr. Michael and his friendly, helpful staff every time I have visited. From severe sciatic back/leg pain to a separate incident of shoulder pain from a car accident, the treatment I have received has been professionally done in a relaxed setting. Whether it’s a simple adjustment you need or more specific focused treatment, this is the place to go! They’ll treat you like family.
I took my 7-month-old for his first visit today. Through the tantrum (he hates being put down), Dr. Travis did great with him! Sweet staff!
