Hands down the best gym I have ever belonged to. The facility is great, the people are awesome and I love all my trainers. I'm in the best shape of my life and loving every minute of it thanks to TFR!
TFR is the answer! I credit the professionalism, cleanliness, fitness knowledge, friendliness, inspirational, atmosphere with my loss of 14 pounds since August. There is something for everyone here from Teens to AARP cardholders!

First off, I loved the energy of everyone. I immediately felt a part of their family. I took the spin class and Derry was amazing. I am motivated by both the instructor as well as the music. Derry made sure that I was taken care of and the music was on point.
TFR is the best gym! The staff and trainers are awesome and they care about their clients. In the past I have joined several gyms and I wasn't satisfied until I joined TFR. A special thank you to all the trainers for their hard work.
