I love my gym!! So many amazing people and the owners really appreciate their customers. They support cancer causes and underprivileged children. You have to try the extreme spin with Taryn and Lauren .....

I've been working with the oh so fab Lauren Powers, for the last month. Im 18 pounds down. Of course she put me on a strict diet plan. I can actually run for the first time in my life lol. I have also worked with coach Von, Michelle, and Kamilah. They are all awesome. If your looking for a health club that will push you, without making you want to give this is the place for you.
