This the best gym I have ever visited. There are so many formats and they are all amazing! Check Derry out for spin...have the ride of your life! Donika is sooo good at pushing you to reach your goals as a group fitness and personal trainer. Oh and Lauren, Co-owner stays in the trenches of customer service! Love, love, LOVE THIS PLACE!
The bounce launch class was awesome! Kandice really challenged us and I was sweating the calories off even during the warm up. I love the family environment at this gym. I look forward to achieving my weight loss goals with all the love & support that I received.
When you feel like you can't handle another rep or another second the coaches here push you to dig a little deeper. I love this place! Coaches are dedicated to making you better!
This place is amazing. People are warm, owners, personal trainers and coaches are approachable, encouraging and know your name and the classes are convenient and .....it feels like a movement. In terms of the demographics-not too old, not too young, clear diversity AND inclusion. Best part of my routine besides family, friends career and faith. I love this place!
