I've joined many gyms and never used my membership. TFR has a sense of community and that is very encouraging. When I get off track, I get pulled back in. This is the longest that I've consistently worked out. The staff is excellent and classes are engaging and fun. Thankfully, I never have to bring headphones because the music selection is always current!
This gym is about transforming bodies. I can see and feel it.
I took the bounce class and loved it. Went back a 2nd time and brought 3 people with me.... they loved it too. The instructor, Kandice is fantastic.
They had ice cold beer and top class strippers there
Just got a new membership and my first class with Jealyn was tough, but she was very friendly and understanding of the first day workout. I did as much as I could and have motivation to do more next time. I felt very welcome and excited to go back!
I love going to the gym. The staff is very friendly. The classes are hard work but they are fun also. They let you know you can workout, lose weight and have fun doing it.
Love this gym! I love Derry's spin class. Rashad's trek and field class is the business!
