What a trash team on the technician side, doctor was cool, except he didn't do anything about the problems I was having. I had 2 problems-\-\ 1. Every time I came in for anything they tried to charge me $500+, forcing me to defend myself. 2. After calling several times to check on my contacts I was told to stop calling and wait for them to call me. Months went by with no call. I recommend Total Eyecare and Dr Williams. I do warn you that if you schedule a contact exam that you make it clear when you get there that that is the exam you are there for, I didn’t find out until the end that I only got the regular exam, so now I have to go back. Also the lady that helped with me gave me no help at all picking out frames and she didn’t give me lens options on my bifocals, just said “here’s how much they are because it’s what we use”. And they are expensive and I even made the comment that they were.
Been going to Total Eyecare since I was in Mr. Greg Reeders class in 7th grade and the staff is professional and the office is clean and inviting.
Professionalism , very friendly , the lady who did the basic studies very good to which I want to thank ( I do not remember her name ) was my first time I visited an ophthalmologist and this lady she took me step by step, was very patient with me , very good. ! The Doc. ? A genius ! , when I tested the glasses I felt a great relief in my eyes , thanks I felt very comfortable there , I had a excellent impression for being the first time
Doctor Alleman became my friend when I first met him! And the girls at the front are very nice and friendly too! So I felt at ease from the first. It amazes me how they remembered my name. Even their computer sent me the nicest birthday card ever. God bless everyone there. I have not met any of the other doctors there but I am sure that they are all on the same team
