I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get fit or learn self defense. My girlfriend and I equally enjoy the range of intensity provided. They also have an awesome kids class as well.

You guys were THE BOMB today in the Krav intro class--it was a BLAST, and I appreciated how all your instructors were VERY supportive and encouraging. Can't wait to do next week's class! :-)
I had doubts about my 105 lb wife being able to physically stop an attacker. Not only did she learn physical techniques but the owner emphasizes a vigilant mindset which is the true prevention against becoming a victim. My only complaint is when we play around she goes straight for the groin!!!!
