I began Krav Maga classes at Total Defense nearly a year and a half ago. Honesty, I was fascinated after just one class, dying to get to the next one. More often than not, the hour ends, and I don’t even realize how hard I worked until I feel how winded I am when class is over and how sore I am the next day! Great place to learn self defense and get physically fit. The classes work with my schedule and are challenging and fun. Excellent staff that are willing to give individual attention when needed.

Took a Krav Maga self defense class yesterday for free to try it out and I really enjoyed myself. It kicked my butt but it was worth It! Hope I'll be able to join as soon as I'm able too!
Personal and challenging. I just finished my first month at Total Defense and I am still surprise at the amount of personal attention I've received. I particularly appreciate the the high intensity interval training workouts which the trainers modify for physical level and experience while adding recovery, diet, and technique advice. I also like the fun loving vibe, this is a great crowd. I was surprised how much the Krav classes pushed me cardiovascularly. Nice job
