Many of us grow up conditioned to be nice, to smile in order to be or seem agreeable, but we are rarely taught how to be assertive in our personal space. Thank you for teaching me the difference and planting the response seed in my "lizard brain" Great instructors and great clean place!
The most important thing I discovered about myself as I began taking Krav Maga was how little physical strength I actually had. I couldn't even throw a punch. As I continue to progress I am getting more physically fit, agile, and most importantly stronger. If I need to defend myself now I actually have a fighting chance.

Great group of instructors, really down to earth and very personal knowing everyone by name and the training is amazing always leave dripping in sweat.
I've been training here for about three months now. The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. They treat everyone the same regardless of skill level and don't mind taking extra time to reteach something if you don't understand a concept. They have classes in the morning and at night to accommodate schedules and offer conditioning classes for those seeking an extra challenge. They also offer a military discount.

This is an intense, but a non threatening learning environment. The instructors are well versed in Krav Maga and relay information effectively. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to learn how to defend themselves in real life situations.
The instructors are energetic and really care for your wellbeing....recommend it highly!!!
