One of the best experiences I've ever had!!! The instructors are attentive, approachable and it's always A LOT of fun!!! They inspire me to go every week and train harder and better. Plus I'm getting in shape and I'm learning how to defend myself!

I love this place! I have exercise A.D.D. and I get bored pretty quickly with programs/training. Not only is this class fun, it's functional and sometimes intense. My instructors and classmates never make me feel inadequate and they're constantly guiding and encouraging me. This type of self defense makes so much sense.
