I’ve been a member at Total Defense El Paso for a bit more than a year(minus the 6 months I disappeared #oops) and I’ve seen more and more new members grow from not knowing what’s going on to level 2 masters. Members too nice to hit a bag(me at first) to members strong enough (physically and mentally) to defend themselves with no regret. In just one week of joining, I felt unstoppable. Love the instructors. Everyone is patient, cool, and understanding while at the same time pushing you to do your best and believe in yourself. Variety is a perk. They have Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, and strength/conditioning. The monthly fee gives you unlimited access to all of these classes, and there is no contract. If it's not for you, cancel. Thanks to everyone here, I feel so much more confident in myself! From getting a little more in shape, to learning how to properly defend myself. All the instructors are encouraging and are willing to work with you no matter your age or impairments. I couldn't be happier that I found this gym and they're going to be stuck with me for a while!!
