I really like Shane, our representative. He is always helpful and courteous. I always want him to be the person who services my units. I DO NOT like your website. I DO NOT have sense enough to navigate it. Please see if you can make the process of writing a review more user friendly for older adults like myself.

Total Comfort has been very courteous and punctual. I have had a couple of repairs done on a very old unit. The cost was reasonable and quick. I would recommend then to anyone. And their service plan is a great help financially. The technician, Alec, explains things very good.

Love my new AC unit. It's now 6 months old and we just had our first service done on it. Oddie came out and checked it cleaned it,and gave me some great advice on care and maintenance. GREAT JOB TOTAL COMFORT
