Regardless of the purpose of the service call, the technician who visits has been courteous, friendly and highly efficient. I especially like it when Mike shows up at my door. He always greets me with a smiling face and a pleasant attitude. He always calls before he arrives to tell me the exact time he will be there. He goes right to work checking out my system with skill and efficiency. Superb, professional, friendly staff. During our most recent maintenance check, Mike was excellent all the way around. Throughout the years, we've had different servicemen show up, and they've all been amazing. As long as Total Comfort continues hiring quality personnel, we'll be with them. Agree about your website.
