Excellent customer service. We have the service agreement, the office calls ahead to ask when we would like the tech to come by, and then calls the day before to confirm. The service technician is knowledgeable and thorough. We are very pleased with this company and their employees.

I had a difficult problem with my furnace that included needing to identify the problem, find parts from a business that had changed hands a number of times, and make the repair. Ultimately, I needed a new blower motor and control board both of which were identified, researched as to where to locate the parts and installed within a couple of days.
