My husband and myself have been going to this office for 2 years, the docs are great. The referral office is horrible! They say assume your referral has been processed unless you hear otherwise. Today was appt. #3 without a referral and needing to reschedule after taking time off work!
Can't leave a message after hours to refill prescriptions...it's 2015. Also can anyone explain to me what law requires me to come in every six months to just refill general prescriptions? Starting to get the assumption this is a sneaky way for you to make more money for something simple.
