Today, doc was 75 minutes behind... seems to be the norm at this location and I’m getting so tired of it. MY time is just as valuable as theirs. Considering jumping ship even after 20+ years of loyalty, unless they change their scheduling policy. Overbooking and not allowing enough appointment time is not the answer. And I agree, some of the staff seem miserable and bothered all the time, while others are awesome!
Ridiculous long wait times. Doctor makes you go to different building to get bloodwork done.
Awesome practice!!!! When I call they always get me in right away. I see Dr Jacobson and he's wonderful and always listens to you. Highly recommend!!!
Staff is somewhat rude and doesn't always return calls. Hours of operation need to be updated on FB. It says 8-5:30 but doesn't open until 8:30.
