Total Care is one of two local shops I take my vehicles to when something more than routine maintenance is required. Scheduling is simple, service techs are knowledgeable, and pricing fair. No job too big or too small.
Stopped to make an appointment, and they had a “no show”, so they got me right in. They made the repairs to my truck. Quick, easy, and highly recommend.
I had an exceptional experience with Total Care. We were on vacation and our clutch simply completely broke when downshifting, leaving us largely stranded. Based on the recommendation of another shop, we ultimately had AAA tow our car to Total Care. They did everything they could to get us back on the road ASAP. They even picked us up once the car was ready! Amazing customer service- I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks Total Care - you saved our vacation!
Awesome customer service, they were able to get me in last minute on a Friday and change my fuel pump within a few hours and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Would recommend, excellent business.
