Terrible Customer Service This was quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. I had two different technicians out in a weekâs time, and neither correctly identified the problem. The first technician performed a leak test, didnt find and leaks, capped off my system, refilled the refrigerant, and within a day the system wasnt working again. Max Airflow I worked with Jeff and had a complete system replaced. airflow has never been so good. The work was completed in a timely manner and all technicians and the sales agent were very responsible.
Great service! We have used Total Air & Heat for the last 3 years, for both maintenance and new installation of our furnaces and air conditioning units. The service has been impeccable. Andrew and crew have been extremely professional and are always on time for their appts. They call ahead and let me know when they'll be there - it's not like the other places that give you a 4 hour window. They come at the time they say. I highly recommend
Acct Mgr Our air went out when temperatures were at a hundred plus.. We have two small children, so we tried to keep fans blowing until we could get someone to look at the system. It was miserable in our home. We called Total air and heat and they were able to come out and do their evaluation quickly. They provided two window units for our bedrooms to allow us to sleep comfortably at night until they could schedule the replacement of our system.
