GREAT COMPANY! We have used Total Air 3 times now and it has been great each time. Some of the worst situations is when your HVAC system is having problems and these guys are always fast and fairly priced. The techs have always been professional and courteous. We will continue to use Total and recommend them to friends.
Fast response and fair price A/C stopped cooling during the friday night at the start of a holiday weekend. The company I have used for several years could send someone within 24 hours but the 'holiday rate' for the service call was HUGE. Called Total Air & Heat and they could send someone within 4-6 hours and the service call was just their standard rate - about 50% cheaper before any repairs. Fantastic Experience with Total Air & Heat Co. I have been extremely happy with the services provided by Total Air & Heat Co. Both our furnaces had to be replaced (with new Trane furnaces) this past year. The same team from Total Air & Heat completed both installations quickly and efficiently. Nearly a costly mistake After our heater went out I called these guys because we had them out before for our AC. Was told that it would take a nearly $800 board to fix the furnace. I decided that I wanted a second opinion. The second AC tech found that all he had to do was move a piece of insulation that was blocking the blower. There was no need whatsoever for an $800 board for my furnace. The second tech refused to take any money for the 10 minutes he spent at my house. SO honest and helpful! I had my air conditioner break on the 4th of July. I called this place and a service person came out, fixed it for me and didn't charge me a holiday fee. Best I've Seen I am extremely impressed with Total Air and Heat. Jesse, my technician, arrived early to our appointment (which I loved as we had no air), was polite and respectful, explained what he was doing every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what the problem was and why it was causing the air to blow hot. I've had several companies out over the past few years and this company is BY FAR the best I've ever seen. I would recommend them 100%. Thanks Jesse!
